Alexis Birthday

I just love Alexis! She is such a sweet girl and I have enjoyed watching her grow up into the pretty girl she is today! On her birthday my mom, michael, and I got to go over and visit with her and give her a birthday present. It was a lot of fun :)

Here I am with the Birthday girl! Doesn't she look so old?!

We bought Alexis a furby! I remember getting my first furby a long time ago, and how much fun it was! This one is really cute! Unfortunately, Diana didn't like mine and I recall her throwing it across the room. Hopefully that won't happen with Alexis's :-D

Just a random one of me and Tori. She looked really cute, and my teeth looked really white, so I figured I'd put it up. he he.

I just thought this was kind of cute :)

Cute little Tori! She was due for a nice long nap. She and the kitties decided to take a nap together :)

Lexi and Levi playing on the swingset!

I hope you had a fun day Alexis!

Daniel's Two weeks home

So this is a little bit late, but I figured I had a lot of cute pictures, so they might as well not go to waste :)

So even though Daniel is in Texas for the summer, we were lucky enough to have him for a couple of weeks after BYU got out. It was so much fun and made me really sad to have him go! He's such a great brother and always brings so much fun into our home!

Me, Daniel, Michael and my Dad went to a Rockies game. It was a lot of fun, even though i'm pretty positive the Rockies lost (big surprise right?). It was great hanging out with my brothers and dad. I think my favorite part was getting the dipping dots, ha ha. There was really nice weather as well! There was a woman streaker, which was different, but definitely livened up the game!!

We had pretty good seats (especially for the 10 bucks or so we paid for them). In the left fieldish area, a few rows up!

Here we are singing "Take Me out to the Ball Game". Can't go to a game without singing it :)

Also around this time was my last voice recital. It was kind of sad, but also kind of nice as well! I sang "One Boy" from Bye Bye Birdie and "Far From the Home I Love". I have been taking voice lessons since the end of my freshman year, and I am so grateful for them! My teacher, Andra Brown, is an amazing person and she helped me grow so much! About 7 people performed at this, and it was pretty fun. My parents and Daniel and Michael came :) This is a picture of me and my teacher (I look bad, but it was the only one I had!)

As it always is when one of my out of town siblings comes, everyone is at our house almost every day! I absolutely love it because I get to see everyone :)

Levi always has interestin ideas. For some reason he wanted Diana to tie his helium balloon on the end of his nose...Here is her attempt at pleasing him :)

I guess his nose wasn't big enough for it to be tied on..He settled for his ear :)

This was just a cute picture of Diana, Carter, and Levi :)

All the little kids just love their Uncle Dan :) Here are just a bunch of pictures I got of Daniel with our nephews

I forgot to mention we celebrated Daniel's 22 birthday while he was here...

He was so nice to let the boys help him blow out his candles!

Here he is opening his presents!

David and Mason were completely thrilled!

We put together a book of all Daniel's emails he sent us while on his mission. Here he is opening it :)

Tori eating the delicious cake!

Can you tell she's a proud mommy?

Daniel and Mom!

Levi and me playing :)

Daniel's last day before Houston. Him and Mason were very sad

Guess who loves thier Grandpa?!

I kept asking Levi to smile, and he said no :( I asked him if it was because he was sad because Daniel was leaving, and he said yes. How cute!!

finally..Lexi lost her tooth! What an exciting day!

Even though it was sad to see Daniel leave, it was really nice to be able to have him for a few weeks! I'm excited to only be a few blocks away from him next year! yay!
