You know, as I'm walking around campus, or when I'm in class, I tend to scope out the area. And I tend to notice everyone around me. Including the plethora of attractive guys. Coming from a town where the male LDS population is quite sparse (at least in my ward), I find it rather exciting to be at a place where, despite contrary belief, has more boys than girls (by like 1 or 2 percent), and honestly, a mass majority of which are quite the lookers. However, it seems like every time I'm walking and spot out my future husband, I glance down at his hand, and yep..He's got a wedding ring, or another girl attached to it. Where do I find the guys who aren't attached?!
So..I'm kind of behind on my blogs, I have another one after this that i just posted, so be sure to read it! I figured this blog will basically be my history of my college days, so I might as well update it often...just so I remember every singl detail! lol
Wednesday I had four classes...Sociology, University Chorale, English and Biology. I stared at 10 and didn't end til 4:30..woo hoo. I actually really enjoyed all my classes, right down to Biology, eve though I absolutely despise science. The teacher is way fun. I definitely think I will like my classes a lot this year! University Chorale seems like it is going to be so amazing...we just got right into singing, and we already sound good! My english class seems pretty fun...and I am SO glad I took CCB in high school, because I can already tell I have been prepared for what a college english class is (who knows.maybe this will be EASIER!). That's about it for my classes on Wednesday...but lets see..After class I came home, and about 30 minutes later Daniel and Jared came over for dinner! My wonderful brother made Chimichangas, which is like my favorite thing in the world, so it was really nice of him to do that! Afterwards, we had a bit of the left over cake from the night before, and it tasted pretty good still. Then after dinner, me, daniel, andrea, and jared hung around and and talked for awhile...fun stuff!!
Thursday i had all the same classes as tuesday, except I was going to have a communications class at 4-6:30..luckily, it didn't go that long, but seriously, I think I am going to LOVE this class! The teacher seems so fun, and all the projects that he told us about are gonna be great. We have to create an internet magazine, and our grade is based off of how many subscribers we get...So i'll be enlisting the help of all of YOU :) It'll be free..Don't worry.
For the rest of Thursday...I did abolutely nothing worth mentioning.
Friday..classes were fun. I didn't have my Biology class (only monday and wednesday), so i was out by 2..Me and Daniel went and got parking passes for Heritage halls...I made some my Cindy's delicious banana bread...best recipe EVER!!! There was a dance in Heritage, so me and 3 of my roommies went. Some of the music kind of stunk(I mean..they played the concert edition of Unanswered Prayers by Garth Brooks..Love the song, but seriously..you can't dance to it!), but it was defintely fun. There were definitely some interesting encounters...especially for Christie..hahaa. After the dance we came back to our apartment and talked and laughed until like 1:30 in the morning (thats the curfew for guys on the weekend, so the guy that was hanging out with us had to leave, which kind of made us all dispearse from the kitchen). And then..I went to bed, bringing me to the point I am at right now.
THE END!
